Morfa Bychan - Black Rock Sands - this is a stunning beach located near Morfa Bychan and can be visited and enjoyed all year round. Don’t be fooled by the name, ‘Black Rock Sands’ this beach is far from dark. This beautiful sandy beach is named after the west side of the beach which is full of rock pools, caves, and headland rock.

Accessibility to the beach is easy and flat. There is disabled access and public transport nearby. Unlike other beaches here you can park on the beach and enjoy picnics from your car. There are nearby public toilets which include a disabled facility. This location is the perfect opportunity to pack up a tasty picnic, grab some buckets and spades and have a fun filled afternoon out. There are no lifeguards who cover this area and dog restrictions may apply throughout the year.
